How much pay to have a SAHM babysit my 3 month old infant in -her- home? In smalltown Minnesota?

I wonder what would be appropriate pay? Since she would be watching him in her own home with her own two kids, I don’t know what would be appropriate? And she’s not licensed or anything.
I don’t want to be stingy (might make her a little less patient when dealing with an infant) but I don’t want to get ripped off and lose too big a chunk of the money I’m making at work while she’s watching him either.
