What are some good suburbs of Minneapolis for teaching jobs? Minnetonka?

I would like to relocate to the Minneapolis area to teach middle school math. What are some good suburbs to look at?
Some guidelines:
1. Within 30 minutes of the city
2. Reasonably nice area
3. A suburb with its own nightlife, so that I don’t have to go into Minneapolis to go out on the weekends
4. Well-respected school district
5. A good place for young singles
6. Lots of outdoor activities
7. A safe, friendly area

I have been looking at Minnetonka. Any opinions/advice?

I know very little about the area. I grew up in Dallas, TX and currently live in Central Pennsylvania. I welcome any opinions on Minneapolis and its educational system as well.
